4.1.1 Portfolio Management

At the top of the Portfolio Management page, there is a Portfolio Selection Dropdown. This dropdown menu allows users to quickly switch between different portfolios they have created or imported. Each portfolio is listed by name, and the menu includes icons that provide additional context:

Next to each portfolio name, there are icons for Editing and Deleting the portfolio, allowing users to make changes or remove portfolios with a simple click.

To the right of the dropdown menu, there is a prominent Create or Import Portfolios button. This button enables users to either create a new portfolio from scratch or import an existing portfolio from external sources. This feature is particularly useful for users who want to bring in portfolios they are already managing outside of the Orbit platform or who need to start a new portfolio within the platform quickly.

When click on the 'Create or Import Portfolios' button please follow the steps to create a new portfolio.

Give a name of the portfolio and click on Next.

You can search with company name, ticker or ISIN to find the stock/company. You can then click on 'Add new' to add more companies.
